1. What is www.nzshop.my?
www.nzshop.my is the latest online shopping portal which enables you to shop and purchase your orders in a convenient way and have your purchases delivered right to your doorstep.

2. Where do I start?
You can choose to purchase as a guest but registering as a customer at www.nzshop.my offers you better and safer benefits. You may click the “Create Account” button and register as a new customer.

3. What is the benefit of opening an account?
Opening an account offers you a safe and convenient way to shop, track your shipments and receive email about your order.

4. How do I make a purchase at www.nzshop.my?
Pick an item that you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button, choose your mode of payment and proceed to the check out process. Following which you will be given a receipt on your order.

5. Can I order through telephone or fax?
No, we only accept orders made through www.nzshop.my

6. What are the payment method accepted?
Bank Transfer, Cash or Credit Card On Delivery and Paypal. 

7. How long does it take for my items to reach me?
We deliver your purchase within five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and seven (7) working days for East Malaysia.

8. How do you deliver the products?
We deliver the products through our Poslaju courier service, the trusted name in delivery services in the country.

9. If I have ordered more than 3 items, how will you ship them?
Most items purchased in one transaction are shipped together as one order to the same destination. 

10. Can shipment be made to multiple addresses for one order of two or more items?
Yes, however shipping fee will be imposed on the number of destination. You are advised to confirm your multiple delivery addresses before submitting your order.

11. How will I know if my items have been shipped?
You will be able to track the status of your items by using your order number, or by calling our Customer Service line at 03-7859 7779 during office hours (10.00am – 6.00pm) from Monday to Friday.

12. Will I be able to cancel or change my order after it is submitted?
No, items purchased after the payment is accepted cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure your order is correct before you proceed to checkout.
